At present, international orders may be held at the border in quarantine for an indeterminate length of time. While we provide tracking information for all shipments, we have no control over items held at customs. We are unable to assist with tracking beyond US borders, nor can we offer refunds for items once they have been mailed to the address provided. We have not experienced any issues with this directly, but we want you to be able to make an informed decision prior to ordering.
