Breasts are sensory organs; it is largely through them that we perceive the world. The health of our breasts is closely linked with intuition and discernment. The lymph and adipose tissue they are composed of are precious substances which allow us to sense even the most subtle aspects of our surroundings with astounding accuracy. Commonly the breasts and associated lymphatic tissue and energetic centers become blocked and stagnant as we desensitize ourselves, often out of necessity, in the modern world.
Through dulling one of the most vibrant and alive modes of perception available to us, much is lost. By encouraging lymphatic flow and energetic circulation throughout the tissues, this innate ability to sense the world through our bodies is restored. In turn, we become more tuned-in to Nature, to our own needs, and to the good and wild paths which are always calling out to us.
